For 25 years we have assisted with assembly and distribution of registration packets to many military and government sponsored events.

  • AFR will assemble registration packets with approved contents to include (at the minimum) an agenda,
    individualized session schedules, nametags, and meal tickets.
  • After the cutoff date registration packets are assembled and shipped to the hotel.
  • Additional items provided by the group will be included in the packets as requested.
  • Registration tables will open at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of registration.
  • All AFR staff are professional, efficient, courteous and well-versed in the particulars of the event.
  • We will have laptop computers with access to our online registration database and a printer to create new nametags for on-site registrants and make corrections to pre-registrant’s nametags.
